Turnitin Service Incident - 2 June 2025

Earlier today, Turnitin reported an unexpected service incident may have caused delays in the generation of Similarity Reports for users.
They're happy to report that the issue has been resolved, and all services are operating normally.
The incident occurred between the following times:
PDT: June 2nd, 17:00 - June 2nd, 18:21
BST: June 3rd, 01:00 - June 3rd, 02:21
AEST: June 3rd, 10:00 - June 3rd, 11:21
Some users accessing Turnitin via an integration may also have experienced temporary slowness with reports generating during this period.
They sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience as they worked to restore service.
