Food for Thought: A Workshop Exploring Food Research at Sussex

Part of the series: Summer of Research

This interdisciplinary workshop, hosted jointly by the Sussex Sustainability Research Programme (SSRP) and the Sustainable Healthcare Group at the Centre for Equitable Global Health Research, will be a feast of food-related research from across the University.
The workshop is part of the University's busy Summer of Research 2025 programme.
We'll hear quickfire presentations from researchers across numerous disciplines and departments, who will introduce their food research in three panels corresponding to the following themes:
